LOOK THROUGH MY CAMERA: Dragster Pomona

What an impressive weekend. Up close with machines reaching 500 km/h in under 4 seconds. 5g acceleration and 6g deceleration. The pressure waives going through your body when they start are absolutely terrifying.

INSPIRATION SHOOT: Kings Of The Hammers

The 'Kings Of The Hammers' is an off-road race that combines desert racing and rock crawling, first held in 2007. Competitors are so called Ultra 4 cars, capable of speeds over 100 miles per hour for the desert sections, but still contain gear ratios as low as 100 to 1 for technical rock crawling. This Ultra 4 class is unlimited, and every vehicle is customed fabricated by each team.

Went to the Mooneyes Drag Fest this weekend in L.A., saw those ridiculous old school dragster I love so much for real first time. Vintage F1 cars break every gear head's heart. What an amazing sight. The first thing you might notice that they are tiny. So tiny! Most images that you know them from make you think of those monsterous machines, but jesus those things are small. Crazy. Enjoy the closeup shots I took of those old beauties during the ridiculous Canadian F1 GP.

Had some fun yesterday taking pictures of vintage aircrafts. There is no better way to learn about color, proportion and composition then getting out there and stare at stuff. BERLIN: PHOTO SHOOT OF NEW CREW MEMBERS

Cosmic Motors is honored to present two new crew members: "Adean", our new dont-mess-with-me pit crew supervisor, and "Alupa Ace", promising speed-uberfrau with a TX 1000 race license.
The shoot in Germany's fun metropolis Berlin was a delight, and I thank my wonderful two model friends. Philip, assistant on set, thanx for doing the dirty work of carrying helmets and holding flash lights.
